How does 37th Place protect my information?

We use industry-standard encryption and never share your personal data. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.

What should I do if I suspect fraud?

Report suspicious activity immediately using our "Report" button. Our security team will investigate within 48 hours. Remember: 37th Place is not liable for fraudulent activity between users - always verify trades independently and use caution.

What safety measures should I take when meeting for a trade?

Always meet in public places, bring a friend, and use our in-app chat to maintain a record of communications. Your safety is your responsibility - we cannot monitor or control in-person meetings.

What if the other user doesn't respond to my messages?

Like social networking platforms, user responses are not guaranteed. Users may be inactive, have found other trades, or simply not be interested. This is normal platform behavior and does not qualify for refunds or compensation.

Is 37th Place responsible for what happens with traded items?

No. We are a facilitating platform only. What users do with items after trades is their responsibility. We are not liable for how traded items are used, damaged, or any issues arising from user-to-user transactions.

Ultimate Plan – $99/year

Includes unlimited barters, no advertisements, and discounted annual pricing.

Go Adless – $1.99/month

Removes ads but does not include barter credits.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Memberships are billed securely through Stripe or PayPal, depending on your chosen method.

• To cancel, log into your Stripe or PayPal account and manage the subscription directly.

• No cancellations can be made inside the app.

All purchases are strictly non-refundable. Because trades are peer-to-peer interactions, we cannot guarantee the satisfaction or outcome of barters (similar to how likes/messages on dating apps are non-refundable).

Platform operates like social networking - other users may not respond to your messages or trade requests, and this does not qualify for refunds.

• Premium features improve your visibility but do not guarantee successful trades or user responses.

• Success depends on local user activity, item desirability, and factors outside our control.
